Programs
The Fall/Winter/Spring Swim Team is divided into a Competitive Swim Team and a Beginner/Recreation Swim Team. The Competitive Swim Team is for swimmers that plan to swim in the USA Swim Meets. The Recreation Swim Team is for swimmers that have less time to devote to swimming each week and are not planning on swimming in USA meets. Recreation swimmers may compete in USA swim meets if they wish to do so. The Summer Swim Team is made up of boys and girls between 5 - 18 years old at competitive and beginner/recreation levels. Work out begin May 1st and continue through July. The Summer Swim Team is a member of the Tennessee Valley Swim Conference and also participates in the ARPA District and State Swim Meets.

Facilities
- Located conveniently at the Center of the Shoals Area, Sheffield indoor swim pool is a 6 lane 25-meter stretch pool with a one meter diving board.
The depth is ranging from 3 ft to 12 ft and have starting blocks at 12 ft end. Wavebreaking lane ropes are extended the full length of the course.
The pool is equipped with Colorado Electronic Timing System, a digital scoreboard, and computerized scoring for competition meets. Second deck observation area provides plenty of space for comfortable seating.
